Since 1987, a group of friends (organized by Bob VE3RKK), have been getting together for an annual Easter Rocket Launch.

We all have a blast every year!

Finally ... after all these years we won the "Best Flight" trophy for the "AAH" Wart-Hog Flight on a Smokey Sam Pro-38 (last 3 pictures in this section).

  • Simply wasn't design to handle the Pro-38 ... repaired, but retired

2002

This year we were joined by the Scouts and some more "serious" rocketeers. The weather was nearly perfect and launch was a great success.


Group shot ... this was shot at 12 noon and turned out to only be about one quarter of the total participants.

This is a picture of Kyle at the 1996 Annual Easter Launch. This rocket goes up about 1000'!
