The "Hobbservatory" was constructed in the fall of 2003 and was used until Summer 2016 (moved).
This all original custom design satisfied the following criteria:
16’x16’ Building including 8’x16’ of Shed, •8’x12’ of crawl space below Observatory (wiring access and storage), •8’x16 Observatory (•8’x4’ Warm Room with storage above accessible from observatory, •8’x12 Observatory with roll off roof and 2 piers)

The highly modified Celestron 14" (Carbon Fiber, Flocking, Fans, Locking Collar, etc), the 12.5" RC Astrograph, and the Paramount ME are all now located in remote control observatories in San Pedro de Atacama Chile.
